Our yoga games teach cooperative play and sharpen listening skills as your child transitions to school. Kids’ yoga will plant the seed for a life-long love of physical and mental well-being. Please note: Minimum age of 3 years old. We love your 2-year-olds! Please bring them to our Tots classes.
