Pregnancy is a new, exciting and sometimes challenging time in a woman’s life. Our prenatal program focuses on easing the challenges and celebrating the daily miracles that happen inside a woman’s body during those 40 weeks of gestation. In prenatal yoga class we will address the aches and pains related to all the changes in the body, work on creating connection with baby, build community with other moms, relieve stress, and learn some basic breathing and other techniques that will support you through pregnancy, labor and delivery.
